Riveo Limited was created following a restructuring plan where Sun Limited's assets were reallocated to form two independent entities. This restructuring was formalized through a Scheme of Arrangement, approved by shareholders and sanctioned by the Supreme Court of Mauritius in September 2024. Riveo now owns significant assets, including Shangri-La Le Touessrok, Four Seasons Resort, and Ile-aux-Cerfs, further establishing its position as a leading player in the luxury hospitality sector.
