Board of Directors – Paul de la Morinière

Paul de la Morinière is Managing Director of Dentressangle Foncière Immobilière, where he is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions and asset management across France and major European markets. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and real estate investment.

Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Radian Investment Management (AIFM) within Arena Invest, a pan-European real estate investment platform, where he oversaw investment strategy, acquisitions and the management of a portfolio of office, logistics and mixed-use assets across several European cities including Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Dublin, Berlin and Hamburg.

Earlier in his career, he worked at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian), where he was involved in a number of major private equity and co-investment transactions across Europe and North America.

Paul de la Morinière holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in Real Estate. He also holds degrees from ESCP Europe and Université Paris-Dauphine.
